Permanent Magnetic Motor

DESIGN FEATURES

Semi-Direct Drive: Motor sheaves and belts are eliminated, which leads to a higher system efficiency and lower system maintenance costs.

Energy Saving: In addition to enhanced transmission efficiency by eliminating motor sheaves and belts, the motor efficiency is also improved compared to conventional asynchronous motors.

System Reliability and Minimal Maintenance: Other than efficiency, the motor reliability is also greatly improved. Unlike conventional motors, maintenance on the motor itself is minimal.

Space Saver: Compared to conventional motors, our permanent magnetic motors are much more compact in design and eliminate the need of using a motor bracket for pumping unit applications.

Stepless Speed Change: ULT smart control allows the motor speed to be adjusted indefinitely up to the maximal speed.

Green Technology: Extremely low noise and low vibration design makes ULT permanent magnetic motors very environmentally friendly.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

ULT permanent magnetic synchronous variable frequency motor is a low-speed high torque motor specially designed for oilfield pumping units. The traditional belt driven system is eliminated; and the ultra-thin body is used to directly drive the reducer, which is efficient, energy-saving, safe, and reliable.

Conventional (high efficiency) asynchronous motor efficiency is 92%; and the sheave-belt transmission efficiency ranges from 78% to 84%. The total efficiency of a beam pumping unit with an asynchronous motor being the prime mover ranges from 72% to 77%.

ULT permanent magnetic motor efficiency is no less than 93%; and the sheave-belt transmission is no longer required. The total efficiency of a beam pumping unit with an ULT permanent magnetic motor being the prime mover is 93% or higher.

Two graphs comparing efficiency and power factor of permanent magnet (PM) motors and asynchronous motors. The top graph shows efficiency percentage versus load rate, with the PM motor maintaining around 95% efficiency and the asynchronous motor around 85% at higher load. The bottom graph displays power factor versus load rate, with the PM motor maintaining near 0.95, and the asynchronous motor around 0.8 at higher load.
Table listing various models of electric motors, with specifications including speed, rated power, voltage, current, torque, efficiency, and overload multiple. Models range from SDV-15 to SDV-95.
